THE KING OF POP

July 31, 2009

A star from the Pop world disappeared at 2.26 p m local time of the U S on 25 June 2009.

No one imagined this would happen so suddenly.

Death comes as it likes at anytime it wishes.

We have no control over it.

Everyone who is born in this world has to go at the invitation of Death.

It is Nature’s call; we have no say in it.

At the age of 50, the King of Pop – Michael Jackson died.

The sad news spread and made millions of Jackson’s fans all over the world stunned.

The mourning millions started thinking of Jackson and his music, songs and dances.

They played Jackson’s CDs which picked up the sales and became the best sellers suddenly after a long time.

After the Pop Star – Elvis Presley dead at 42, Michael Jackson was the best Pop star of the Globe.

All those stars achieved something great which was not reached by many others of equal talents.

Michael Jackson married Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie only for 20 months in 90s.

‘This Is It’ was a series of concerts to be performed in London in July 2009.

Jackson was a very rich guy spending his time in rehearsals and performances.

Neverland estate of 1000 ha area at California is an asset he possessed.

Michael Jackson’s death created suspicions.

He lived in pills and junk food.

The extensive plastic surgery on his face and the color bleaching of his skin could have caused some abnormal influences in his body.

Only his doctors know about those problems for which high doses of medicines were prescribed administered.

‘Thriller’ was the world’s all-time best-selling album of MJ who was a song-writer, singer and dancer making the mob to go mad.

In 2003, Jackson was changed with child molestation in criminal court.

He was proved innocent and was never convicted.

He sold Neverland estate to a private-equity firm and move to an ultra-posh Holmby Hills in Los Angeles and wanted money to cope up with his lavish life-style.

In fact, MJ was exploited by his associates because he never kept an account of his financial assets.

Since 1997 Jackson did not tour and he agreed for 50 shows in London during July 2009.

He was trying for a come back.

The tickets were sold already for $90 million.

But all his dreams were washed off by Death.

Jackson’s will signed in 2002 was made public after his death.

According to his will, he left his estate to a family trust and nothing to his second wife Debbie Towe who gave birth to Prince Michael Jackson (12 years) and Paris Jackson (11years).

MJ has a third child, Prince Michael II (7 years) with an unknown surrogate mother.

His mother Katherine was name as a beneficiary to the trust and guardian of the three children.

The net worth of his assets may worth millions of dollars which may be the attraction to his associates.

A great talented man who started singing at an early age of eight till his last days has to be remembered.

Millions of people – young and old, boys and girls, men and women – from all over the world are the fans of Michael Jackson, the King of Pop.

But now he left them leaving his memories in his albums and DVDs.

An African-American, basically a black turned white by changing his color to white, sang, danced and traveled widely giving concerts attended by millions of fans.

How a single man could get this extraordinary popularity among the people of the world?

No answer for this question; yet we may say that there was a man ‘born and lived in America’ known as Michael Jackson, the King of Pop.

How To Engineer a Militant Dubstep Wobble – Secrets Revealed!

July 30, 2009

so you want to make some big bad bass wobble for you next dubstep track. Ill be going over a few different ways to get that pulsing shimmer bass, and let me tell you its not all about the Low Frequency Oscillator as you might think. So the LFO is one way of getting a Cranking dubstep wobble sound but you can get a very similar and more stable effect by using the filter envelopes on your VST. How this works is simple, you get your initial sound (probably a 2 oscillator square wave, slightly detuned, low pass filter etc). Then you set one of your envelopes to trigger the filter cut off, setting the attack in time with the music. This means when you play a note it will start with the filter cut off in a low position and then quickly open the filter exactly like how an Low Frequency Oscillator would would work but you just get the first open woooow sound rather than a  wooowoooowoooow sound like with a Low Frequency Oscillator. When this method is played with a quick note pattern (short often notes) it sound very similar to an Low Frequency Oscillator. The Low Frequency Oscillator. This control is probably the main source you will turn to to get your speaker bass wobbling like a true dubstep henchman. You have the following controls: Rate: Determines the speed that the Lfo oscillates. You can either opt for a in time setting or manual were you set the timings by ear. There are many advantages, but ultimately its up to you. The most common rate for dubstep is the ¼ or 1/8 settings. A good way to get a tight variation for dubstep is to have two synths one with a 1/8 setting and one with a 1/4 setting and having different rates played per key, so first and second note would be ¼ and the 3rd note a 1/8 setting. This just shuffles things up a bit and keep the track fresh. Amp: This effectively sets the amount of LFOused, a low setting will mean the cut off will ttravel less further up to max amp, and a max amp will mean the filter opens all the way and all the way back to the starting position. to get a nice progression to the track you can automate this setting get deeper as the tracks goes on, perfect for your dub stepping adventures . Delay: The delay effect is the time before the Low Frequency Oscillator kicks in after the note is stick. Can be used to create very original sounds combined with other effects. Sync to note on: Essential this means the LFO will reset on every key press, if its off then playing a different note will make the LFO continue oscillating at its current rate and the note change. Advancing, you can combine the two effects having a filter envelope for the first part of the sound and then having the LFO triggered 0.5 a second later using the ‘delay’ setting on the Low Frequency Oscillator (if you have one).  This gives a kind of stuttered step in to each note, done right its sound very very Dope indeed especially for dubstep production. The main thing to remember when engineering music is subtle movements of each slider works way better than drastic switches from left to right. All the advanced subtleness of extreme sound creation lies in the finding of the sweet spots of each setting. These are rarely at either end so be gentle with your machines and you will be rewarded with unique and pleasing (or dis-pleasing if thats your preference) patches and sounds

Here are some straightforward steps to play guitar If you have an interest in learning to play. Especially with an easy to learn system like this one. Practice is essential. If you have these qualities, then you can play whatever you want.

Guitar is one of the most popular musical instruments in the world. This instrument is so flexible to such a large amount of different genres of music that’s why many people enjoy playing it. Some of the different styles that can be played using guitar are folks, country, alternative, pop, and rock. Guitars are also easy to hold so that you can take it anywhere with you for your playing pleasure. This is one of the basic musical instruments that folks can learn easily.

Before learning the way to play guitar, you must know what are the basics of the instrument including the basic materials wanted to play the instrument. If you do not have a guitar yet, better invest for the one that you use for a long time. Choose between a nylon-stringed or steel-stringed guitar. The nylon strings are easier to play especially for beginners because you do not want to put much strain on the strings to create a sound.
It is also advisable that you borrow, or hire a guitar before buying one for yourself so that you can select the type of guitar that you need.

Although you can play the guitar with your fingertips, you may wish to select a guitar pick instead which can be either soft, medium or hard. Most probably your fingertips will really hurt at first due to the pressure between the strings and your fingertips. Don’t worry as this is ordinary for all the string-instrument players. The time is coming that your fingertips will toughen up and be used to it.

This string numbering will be used when you read guitar chords so better learn by heart them. The number 6 is the thickest string and the one on top and number one is the thinnest and the one at the bottom. The frets of the guitar are the little metal strips that you can see at the neck of the guitar where the strings are located.

As you move your fingers further from the nut, the notes get higher and higher.

The fingers customarily used to play the guitar are index finger up to the pinky finger. For advanced playing, the thumb can also be used for the 6th string. This means that you don’t press the string. An X means a dead string or you may not play that string. The numbers on the strings means the fret number where your fingers will be placed.
